What do you do?
We lift, load and responsibly dispose of non-hazardous waste in a fast and efficient manner from commercial properties such as Offices, Schools, Council Buildings, Nursing Homes, Garages, Warehouses, Retail Premises and anywhere that is not a residential property throughout Croydon and the surrounding areas.
What type of things do you remove?
We remove anything you can think of except for hazardous items, we are not licensed or insured to carry hazardous materials.
Are you insured to do this work?
Yes, absolutely and comprehensively. Our vehicles and drivers are fully insured, and for peace of mind this does include cover against any damage caused to a client’s property when clearing their premises.
Are you licensed to do this work?
Yes. We are licensed waste carriers regulated by The Environment Agency and we are permitted to uplift any electrical equipment within the WEEE regulations.
How do you charge?
To provide you with an accurate and fully inclusive quote for your office clearance, we will come and assess your clearance and provide you with a free of charge quotation.
Why can’t you give me an exact price over the phone?
Our rates are based on the amount and type of clearance. Until we see what is to be removed, we can’t give you an exact price – but don’t worry, all of our quotes are free of charge and fully inclusive, so you don’t have any unwanted additions when the job is finished.
Do I have to be at the premises to have the clearance done?
No. Provided we have agreed the price and have access to the premises to be cleared, there is no requirement for you to be on site.
Does the waste need to be out of the premises before you arrive?
No. We will do everything for you, even if it is on the 20th floor and there are no lifts!
Is there a minimum or maximum type of office clearance that you will undertake?
No. We have vehicles from 3.5ton to 18ton removal vehicles with tail lifts so we can accommodate any enquiry.
Can you do the clearance outside ordinary business hours?
Absolutely. We understand that commercial and office clearances are not a 9 to 5 job and as such a lot of our contracts are completed in evenings and weekends. Being a local company means that we can complete office clearances in Croydon at a time that is convenient to you.
What do you do with the waste that is collected?
Brem-Wilson Logistics are registered waster carriers regulated by The Environment Agency and we are permitted to uplift any electrical equipment within the WEEE regulations. When it comes to the safe and secure disposal of office waste, Brem-Wilson Logistics are committed to minimising our impact on the environment. We dispose of non-saleable items in the most re-usable, recyclable and eco-friendly manner. We can advise you on any compliance issues and abide by any social awareness or environmental policy or strategy that you may have in place.
